Blog REgistered users can't comment on blogs
 

I'm a new user, and I'm having a problem getting the blog set up correctly.

I have set the blog permissions in the 'registered users' user group to allow posting comments to blogs, but the comments area doesn't show up when I'm logged in as a registered user. But, when I'm logged in as an administrator, the comments area does show up.

I've set the permissions the same for both user groups, so I can't see a problem with this area, but I also might need to do something else that I don't know about yet. So I'm wondering if anyone would have an idea of where i should look to next to try and figure out how I can get this to work correctly?
