CMS Below Navbar ad not showing up
 

Hi all, I'm working on upgrading my site from phpbb to vb4 suite. I'm currently trying to get my advertisements to show up correctly. So far all is going well, except I can't seem to get the "below navbar" ad location to work.

I've tested this in all styles including the default one, and in cms, forum and blog and it's not showing up anywhere. Its just a simple image inside img tags for now, and it works fine in the "above footer" location, but if I change it to below navbar it disappears. I've even checked the source code of the served html and there is no image tag for it in there.

Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong?
