HELP!! How do I restore my forum?
 

OK so, I was attempting an upgrade from 3.8 last night and completely tanked my forum (long story, confusing directions)...I have a backup of sorts as I did dump a copy of my "forums" folder to my desktop before I started. However it is apparently not as simple as re-uploading an archived folder and just acting like it never happened.... SO.....how can I restore all or any part of my forum? Any help would be much appreciated....
