Forum new threads not appearing when posted?
 

I'm having an issue where new threads or responses to threads are not showing up after they are posted. This just started happening with my update to 4.0.2 R1. It seems like the cache is not being updated, or, the forums are not automatically updating to include new posts. I have to manually rebuild forums, threads, and such in order to get them to appear.

I'm using a clean install of 4.0.2, with a database that was created with VB3.

Does anyone know a) what might be a cause of this, and b) how I can fix it?
