CMS Home tab not selectable when logged out
 

Hello, Having a problem with 4.02 where I am unable to select the CMS "Home" tab/button to view "The Front Page" unless I am logged in. Also, if I'm logged in and am on the front page (Home tab active), then I log out, the forum tab becomes active. Are there permissions other than the CMS permissions that control access to this tab when you are logged out? I would like the front page to be viewable even when I'm logged out. Any ideas? thanks.
