Forum Source of the IE 6 Upgrade Popup Reminder
 

Since installing Vb 4 some of the IE 6 users get a frequent popup reminding them they should upgrade to a modern browser.

I understand the issues of IE6 etc. But I am curious. What is the source of that reminder? Why did it start with Vb 4 and can it be blocked.
