CMS vbcms comments vs articles
 

I thought I had posted this last night but cannot find it anywhere even using the search function.

Is there a users guide to show how to set up the permissions etc for the cms articles and explains what the vbcms comments section of the forum is for.

It is very confusing to me but here is what I want and cannot figure out how to do it.

1. I want registered users to be able to comment on articles that are published and it show up at the bottom of the article.

2. I also want registered users to be able to rate the articles.

3. I don't want these comments repeated or the vbcms section of the forums to be viewable to registered viewers, that seems redundant to me.

I guess I don't understand what the vbcms comments section is for, and it seems like there are too many places to possibly set permissions for what I want.
