CMS Two items that would be useful
 

1. I would like to be able to insert a take down date for selected articles at the time of posting. ie. An announcement for a meeting in two days. I would like for that article to go completely away following the meeting date. Note that this is not a calendar item rather it is an article.

2. Is there a way to make an article "sticky" without it being a widget. ie. I have a section for police and want to post some of their "cautions to the public" permanently. But not in a widget, in an article.
