Forum e-mail encoding problem when cyrillic is used
 

We've got a forum translated in bulgarian (cyrillic) with windows-1251 encoding set for the language pack. Everything in the forum is alright but the cyrillic in the emails is in ascii format, like that:
Пиратска Партия България

I've searched the forum quite a bit, but havent found an actual solution to that yet. As i recall that problem exists since the 2.x version, there is no way to not have a solution yet? :)

the same happens for the ajax based menus and stuff
