CMS How do you find an article's "Permalink"?
 

I'm in the process of creating some static pages, and in these I want to have links to other pages within my vB site. The method I'm using to link is:

The thing that concerns me - would this link always go to the same page even if I used something like vbSEO? Since I'm manually putting these links in an article I assume they wouldn't dynamically be "fixed" by whatever SEO plugin I'd end up using.
