Can't log in in customer area
 

I'm not sure where to post this so feel free to move it.

I'm trying to log into the customer login in order to download version 4 but the problem is that none of the string of numbers/letters that I have work. I do have the license number and also a rather long number and another string of letter/numbers but neither of them work. I 'm using another e-mailadress and can't access my old one so I cannot retreive the customer log in data.

What do I have to do?
