CMS Upgraded to 4.02pl1 and now a PHP include in my header doesn't work in my CMS
 

Running 4.01 I had a PHP include in my header that displayed a random image and my site's logo. When I upgraded to 4.02pl1 this stopped working in the CMS. It still works right in the forums and in Photopost.

The plugin code looks like this:

Product -> vBulletin
Hook Location -> global_start

$globalHeader = ob_get_contents();
ob_end_clean();

$preRegister['globalHeader'] = $globalHeader;
vB_Template::preRegister('header', $preRegister);

and I am calling it via:

{vb:raw globalHeader}

in my header template.

I have vBSEO installed, but this behavior persists when vBSEO is turned off.
