Security Question: Showing Thread to External Web Address Redirect
 

We're currently using 3.8.4. I'm curious what people are trying to do when they navigate to this address, and whether I should be concerned:

/forum/showthread.php?t=http://217.218.225.2:2082/index.html?

When I glance at the "Who's Online" page, invariably there's at least one person trying to bounce off of our web host to some torrent web page, which is what I believe this IP address is. My "Who's Online" always shows the small yellow error marker with the exclamation point, so I assume the user is not getting to where they think they ought to be. But I have to wonder why they are apparently trying, and if some VB setups are open to this sort of redirection.
