Forum Uploading PDF error
 

We get this error when uploading PDF

406 [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2038"]

PDF attachemnt size is set to 1000000
PDF test upload 5 versions, diff files, ranging from 57kb to 180kb

Any idea what is causing the issue
