Importing from Drupal Back-Up?
 

All right, unfortunate situation here.

Without going into a detailed explanation of how we ended up in this sorry state, we currently have a former Drupal forum backed up on my hard drive. It no longer exists online.

I would like to use the backed up data to restore the forum tree structure, membership info and all the messages onto our brand new vBulletin 4.0 forum.

The Impex directions are fairly clear, but I'm not finding any information about this sort of situation (probably with good readon).

My questions are:

1) Is it possible to import our old data from my hard drive.

2) How?
