i am not a software develpoer but i tried lots of software and as you know those who are more user friendly are most in use.

in VB when we want to creat a forum to insert a sub from is lots of hassel if you have more than 10 categories and 50 open forum

because when you wanna choose the parent forum you should look in all of them
what i thought was it was easier if you creat a categorie creation
then under each categorie you put forum creation

it would be much easier for users to creat categories and forums and sub forums
in corrent way it is a little tricky
also if you could put a lock option at the end of forum creation then users could easily lock their forums
