Moderator overrule option to not receive pm
 

Sometimes a member doesn't want to receive any pm's but the admins can then still sent pm's to that member.
But I found out that the moderators cannot send any pm's then. Is there an option that moderators can also send pm's even the member doesn't want to receive any?
