Forum Some visitors are having serious Style troubles
 

I have had some members complain that the forum is not displaying correctly (most say that it is fine). I asked them to provide me with a screenshot, so they did. Here is the screenshot:

I can't figure out why the forum would display as such to them. Any idea why this would be happening?
