CMS "Safe" to develop a style for 4.0.2?
 

Are the majority of visual related bugs taken care of or can we expect fixes in 4.0.3 which would require a style upgrade?

I'm going to start investing some serious time into creating a new style and would like to know if it's better to hold off for the next patch (whenever that happens) or if it's 95%+ "safe" now.
