Forum Don't see avatars and attachments
 

I've imported forum using latest impex from woltlab burning board 2.3.3 (my is 2.3.6 but nevermind) to vbulletin 4.0.2

and problem is attachments are not showed as thumbnails!
I can open them(save them on click) and see them attached as text.

Previous forum used file system for attachments so it looked like this:

forumroot/attachments/image.jpg

(all attached files were stored in the original extension )

But now I'm trying to get it work almost 3 days and it's very rare why it wont show!

But also, avatars are not showed too.I always updating counters - but nothing!

I attached my phpinfo , as you can see, GD is enabled on my localhost where I'm testing.
But what I am doing wrong?!
