Suite Another "Illegal mix of collations" error, BUT
 

I'm stuck on step #9 Albums System Alterations, of my upgrade from 3.8.4 to 4.0.2

I'm getting the Illegal mix of collations error:
MySQL Error : Illegal mix of collations (latin1_german2_ci,IMPLICIT) and (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) for operation '='
Error Number : 1267

BUT, in my phpMyAdmin ALL of my collation show: latin1_germin2_ci
and my default is set to this also.

I know how to change the collation, but none of them are listed as anything else.

Now what do I do???? Go back to 3.8.4???
