I'm looking for ideas on how to create a reposity for images that need to be uploaded and approved. Here's an overview of what I'd like to do. I do not really want to add this to the CMS area which I use for reference only.

1. Area based upon a model on an item, e.g. bike type 1, bike type 2, bike type 3.

member has a bike that he feels he would like to upload to bike type 2

2. User uploads an image with a title and possibly an overview.

3. This is then checked, approved and added to the image library they have selected

I do not want people to be able to reply/comment, it's simply a repository where people can upload and people can then view the various bike types, which could have many images per type
