Forum cannot log in to our vb forum as admin help
 

we are having a wierd problem , we cannot log in to our vb forum on one computer , we can log on fine on other computers , we can even log on here with no problem with that computer but when we try to log on to our vb created site we cannot, it shows that admin. is logged in in the list of users online but we cannot do any work, no pencils show or our login name does not show at top of page.
what could be restricting us from acesses our page
