Forum Set encoding to UTF-8
 

Well right now my forum users charsetWINDOWS-1255.

However since my forum is in hebrew and I want to use Friendly URLs, I want them to be in hebrew too, which means, I need UTF-8 support for my forum.

Does the only difference between the encode types is the charset=WINDOWS-1255 in the meta tags? or it also requires other modifications in the settings?
