Forum Some avatars missing in some places.

I have an issue with some avatars not showing up in certain places even thought the users definatly have an avatar, Please see the pics for an example.

As you can see in this image user "ccampbell's" avatar shows up fine beside the visitor mesage he posted, yet his avatar does not show up in the "people who have visited" part of the page.

In this image youy will see another user avatar is not showing up in the resent threads sideblock on the forum home page but it shows up fine in his posts and profile!

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this for me :)
