Forum Step 9 Error : Could not create file system directory to hold your attachment.
 

I am upgrading from 3.8.4 to 4.0.2 and at "Step 9) Albums System Alterations Moving picture 1 into the Attachment System" I am receiving this error message: "Could not create file system directory to hold your attachment."

What do I need to change?
