Admins not receiving email for new threads.
 

I am a member of the Administrators group on my forum and have myself as a moderator for most forums. When I added myself I set it to email me when new threads were created. For some reason, I do not receive any emails.

I also have other moderators who are members of either the Super Moderators group or the Registered Users group. All of them are notified of new threads.

I can send a test email to myself via the Maintenance section, and I always get notified of subscribed threads. It just appears to be the moderator part that is broken.

Any ideas?
