Forum Error in vulletin 4.02 with IE8.0
 

when you mouse over on button in forum, the box come up emty


This is only a IE 8.0 problem both forum works fine in firefox.

look at screen dump, from my forum and vbulletin own

i am using windows 7 64bit enperprice and IE 8.0
