Disabling CMS Amongst Other Q's
 

Hi,
So, Im building my site around JOOMLA and the one thing that I like about vbulletin is the new addition
of the blog. Question 1, am I able to run the forum, blog, gallery etc, and disable the vBulletin CMS, and
use JOOMLA? (I'm new to this all, and still learning)

Question 2, How easily customizable is the layout? Like, are there in depth tutorials out there that can show
you how to use your Photoshop layout, and implement it onto the board?
