Forum IE8 issues-still
 

I have hundreds of members who can not start a new thread and are on IE8. Is there a fix for this I am missing or something somebody can recommend?

Number two I have some members who no matter what can not post a picture. What do you recommend the fix is? They get error messages and no results.
