Forum Public Joinable Groups
 

I'd like to use public joinable groups for some of the "pointed discussions" that go on in my community. I think they will work nicely for this purpose -- particularly with the ability to give group owners their own moderation without admin intervention, but the UI and some of the pages seem very clunky. Wondering if anyone else uses these for their forums and have come up with solutions or modifications to make them better.

Maybe this isn't the right forum for this discussion, but ... need some brains to bounce or consider ideas. Anyone?
