I just streamlined palette of colors, named for the convenience features of the program on hot keys, and added an icon
The program is designed for creating and editing vector images svg, but there is a BUT: it is unable to open the party svg, but only their own, ie by the same program.

- Added tool bar from 9 in the green tube.
- Status bar with coordinates and color indicators.
- Increased speed of the cursor.
