Way Off-Topic I inherited this Mess - Help
 

Hi,

(btw, sorry I coudn't figure out where to post this)

I am a SuperAdministrator in a Licensed VB 3.6.x forum. the forum owner has gone missing for a few years now and I need support to run the forum, I was recently thinking of upgrading our version, but I cannot get that from vbulletin.com since I dont know our credentials to log in.

so the questions are:

a. incase of support, how can I manage to get that for our forum?

b. how can we benifit from the upgrade discount if we want to go for it. (I was thinking 4.0.x :rolleyes:)


or advice in any other way would be appreciated.
