2nd license
 

I'm looking into purchasing a 2nd license for my dad's website, due to a broken phpbb forum. Having worked with both phpbb & vb, it's obvious to me which is worth the money... ahem.

Anyway, he's not flash with his cash - so, i'd like to initially purchase JUST the forum-only. However, i'm trying to convince him to upgrade & get the full CMS.

IF I purchase just the forum for him, can he pay the difference a week later to upgrade to the fuller cms varient?
