Forum Attachment manager error
 

Getting this error message when trying to drag and drop a picture from the picture storage area to the attachments area.

Upgraded a 3.8.2 site with 4.0.2 I am using an admin account with large of size and quantity limits for the account. This picture was only 28k.

Is this a bug, or do I have something set wrong?
