Forum Search Results for Private forums
 

Hi there,
I am currently running vBulletin 3.5.4 and am looking at a possibility to upgrade.

However, I am enquiring about the search and indexing features of 4.0 (or even a release between 3.5.4 to 4.0). I would like to have the ability to enable users or a user group o search private forums without the search being publicly available to others who are of a different user group (such as the standard registered users).

Is this possible in vB 4 or even any other release?

If this is possible, I would also like to re-index my posts so they become available to search again (3.5.4 only indexes new posts from the time you enable search function on a forum).
