Simplest hosting on a server in China, India or Netherlands
 

I'm starting a new forum soon, and I need a very simple hosting solution, as I am most definitely NOT technically savvy about php, sql or any of these things. I have experience managing a vB 3.8 forum though.

So I really need a very simple solution for domain registration, hosting and the whole thing with a server in one of those countries.

Any recommendations?
