Forum *ASAP* Users are getting a blank threads, post disappears in IE8/FF

I personally cannot duplicate this issue at all with my latest version of FF/IE8 but many members are complaining. But this is a problem that has been going on for over a month for me, still happening to members! No idea what could be causing it, I tried disabling plugins and etc. I think its a CSS problem.

One coder said it might be a CSS issue or syntax error....

I have attached the picture and also here is what one person said:

"The posts are blank or disappear or reappear."
"its been happening to me for a few weeks now. internet explorer and fiefox and 4 different computers"
