Forum Promotions not automatically updating
 

I am having issues for some reason with the promotions. I am pretty sure they worked with 4.01 but since the update to 4.02 it isn't automatically running.

Here is my example, I have a new member group which is the default registered group and I have a member group.

I setup a promotion to move users to the member group when they hit 3 posts or have been registered for 30 days. I was noticing there were members with more then 3 posts still with the new member usertitle so I went into the admincp and check the scheduled tasks and clicked the run now on the promotions task and there were four members that were updated.

Is there something I am missing or is it possibly a bug, I don't want to have to keep manually updating it.
