I first got: Fatal error: Class 'vB_Cache_Observer_Db' not found in /home/rwoadmin/public_html/forum/vb/cache.php on line 131

Then when I refreshed the page, it said "vBulletin blog may already be installed. Please contact vBulletin support.", with a go back button, I click go back and get the same message, I'm now stuck in and need help to go forward.
