CMS Inconsistent URL formation for CSS loading (vb4.0.2)
 

I've just done a local (development) upgrade to 4.0.2 and the CSS on both the CMS and my custom-built pages is now broken.

It seems that it is due to the URL formation of the calls to css.php:

The call within the headinclude template looks for:
Code:

which works without any problem.

However, on the CMS and my other pages, they attempt to load:
Code:

which doesn't work. If I change the URL within Firebug to convert & to just &, it works.

The incorrect ones seem to be using {vb:raw vbcsspath} to generate the URL, and outputting that to the screen produces the URL with & items.

Where is vbcsspath set within the code? I want to get this fixed as it's causing me a major headache while trying to develop my site. Regardless of whether the & additions should work or not, they're not working at the moment so I just want to strip them out. Any ideas?
