Forum UTF-8 encoding - case sensitive? Hello. My question is does vBulletin 4 is case sensitive for charset? Should I set 'UTF-8' or it can be 'utf-8'? I'm asking about setting 'HTML Character Set'. It is very important for me. Thanks in advance. |
