CMS Article dialog box problems
 

Not sure if this is a bug or not. But before I post it on the bug site I will mention it here first. When I go into the write an article the box for the main content has no border for line return. See the image below.

I do not get the same glitch with FF on with what I usually use which is IE8. Any help here would be appreciated.
