How do I INCREASE the single font size of the FORUM TITLE appearing under the Category Title?

Note: I have printed out and read all of the suggested materials, including the manual titled VB4 FORUM STYLEVARS - and I cannot locate the answer to this question without changing the Global Font for all items.
