When I try to Deactive a Paid Subscription I get a database error
 

This all started when i noticed my paid subscriptions were not turning off when they ran out, so i went into my scheduled tasks, everything looks right, but when I click "run now" on my subscriptions i get this error.

now if i physically go into a user and try to deactivate them manually i get the same thing, no matter which user. The only thing i can seem to do is change the active dates on subscriptions. I went through my plugins and products thinking i might have something conflicting in there, and deactivated everything, but still i get the same thing.
