It’s a crying shame when the people of our United States of America are so completely and utterly frustrated, disgusted, and virtually beaten down by the very ‘system’ we all are forced to live by. Does it have to come to death and destruction before anyone realizes that just the common courtesy of a kind word, or even a simple acknowledgment of our pain and frustration when talking with the IRS would grow mountains of trust and faith into the ‘system’ .
