I need updated, easy to follow, 'Dummy Guide' instructions please, if someone would be so kind. :)


I am using cpanel and have Smartftp.


I have looked at Razasharp's version here; which apparently, is an easier version of the vBulletin instructions. :(


Anyway, Your help would be appreciated.
