Suite Installation mysql error : my sql server has gone away
 

hello,

i am facing the mysql server has gone away error when i am installing the vb 4.0.2. My site is a new one and everytime i try to install it i get the database error on the step 7.

I did some searching and asked my webhost to increase the timeouts of the server which they promptly did,

interactive_timeout=50
wait_timeout=50
connect_timeout=50

but i am still getting the same errors in the same steps :( please guide me as to how to proceed :confused:
