Forum I'm getting this error messages when upgrading from 3.8.4 P2 to VB4.
 

This one is in the ACP before the upload completes.

The next one is when I go to install the browser shows foreign characters - mainly Chinese. I could probably copy and paste it but I would have to re-upload VB4 to the server. Anyways the characters are mainly chinese when the script is run.
