Front page blog? User photo albums?
 

Hello,

I'm a total newbie to vBulletin, and I'm about to take the plunge and buy it (I've already registered the domain and gotten hosting). I just have a few questions -

1. Is it possible to have the main page be in vBulletin format, but instead of going right to the forums, be something of a blog? Here's an example of what I mean. If you scroll down you can see some blog-like posts that are actually posts in one of their forums. Is that difficult to do?

2. Can users have photo albums? Maybe you can click on their profile and see a few of their photos, like a photo album on Facebook. I've never really been on a vB forum where this was utilized, but I'm wondering if it's possible.
